Since 2018 we’ve been helping Midway Little League with its sole annual fundraiser of T-shirt sales. Every year we update their website by divisions and teams and get the site set up to take T-shirt orders. Caryn communicates with Midway Little League to discuss the timeline for t-shirt orders and the settings on the website that allow ordering.
Once the coaches are set, Renell updates the graphics for the shirts and then updates the Shopify website with the new graphic, the coaches’ names and divisions, and updates each item on the website with the information. This allows for Midway Little League to have shirt orders yearly with correct information on them and for the families to easily navigate the website and order without any hassle.
This is a fast-paced project, with the website update taking less than a week and sales of the shirts lasting just a couple of weeks before we shut things down and send the information to the printer who has the shirts ready for Midway Little League to hand out before opening day.
We enjoy working with Midway Little League and streamlining their T-Shirt orders. It definitely beats the coaches having to collect orders and money by hand on the field.
